If you are not satisfied with a product purchased on QingNiao FeiXin, you can return it for a refund by following the simple process provided in this Return and Refund Policy.
I. Request a Refund:
Please visit your QingNiao FeiXin account on [qnfx.online; qnfx.cloud; qnfx.top; qnfx.site; qnfx.group] or the application.
If you do not have an account, go to your order confirmation email and click "Save Your Order" to proceed.
II. Find the Order: Find the relevant order in "Your Orders" and click the "Return/Refund" button.
III. Select Items and Reason:
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return.
- You may need to provide additional information based on your selection. Click "Next".
IV. No Return Required (Refund Only):
- Select your preferred refund method: QingNiao FeiXin Credit balance or original payment method.
- Click "Submit".
V. Return Required (Return & Refund):
Select the return and refund method.
After submission, we will provide a return label.
The first return (one or more returnable items) per order is free within 90 days of the purchase date. However, there are [some exceptions].
VI. Package the Item(s):
- Place all items being returned into one package and ship it using the return label we provided.
- The original barcode for each item should be included.
- If the barcode cannot be found: Pack items without barcodes separately in a transparent bag, then place them inside the return package.
VII. Quality Inspection: The warehouse will conduct a quality inspection upon receipt. Your refund will be processed after the inspection is passed.
- Please ensure you keep the barcode for each item for your next purchase to receive your refund smoothly.
VIII. Ship the Package:
- Print the return label provided and affix it to the outside of the package.
- Visit your nearest Neighbour Express / CANADA POST / UPS location to ship the package back.
IX. Check Status: You can check the refund status on the order details page or via QingNiao FeiXin's SMS / email / push notifications.
❗ Important: Please ensure your return package is postmarked within 14 days of submitting the return request, otherwise the return process will be terminated.

Recommendation: We recommend trying to ship return items back all at once to avoid paying extra fees and to minimize environmental impact.

You can return items within 90 days of purchase, with some exceptions:
Clothing that has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, or clothing from which the tags or hygiene labels have been removed.
Grocery items.
Some health and personal care items.
Some gift items.
Some customized items.
Some underwear orders.
Sellers may indicate that certain items are not eligible for return (subject to QingNiao FeiXin Policy). Check the product details page.
The return window for most electronics is 45, 60, or 90 days from the date of purchase.
Key Rule: If eligible, you must ship the return package back within 14 days of submitting the return request. After the return window closes, you will not be able to return the item.
We may issue an Advanced Refund after you ship the return package back, based on your shopping history (at our discretion).
Warning: If the item is not returned or fails the quality inspection, we may charge the amount back via your original payment method.
For refunds on returned items, we will process your refund after the item is received and passes the quality inspection.
The refund amount will be reduced accordingly if the returned item:
Shows signs of use or damage.
Has missing parts/accessories.
Is damaged due to improper packaging for return shipping (not caused by QingNiao FeiXin or the seller).
Missing Item Refund: Find the corresponding order in the Support Center, then select "Missing Item/Part" or contact customer service/the seller.
Package Shows Delivered But Refund Not Received: Find the corresponding order in the Customer Service Center, select "Package Shows Delivered But Not Received" or contact customer service/the seller.
If the return is not due to the fault of QingNiao FeiXin or the seller, the following will not be refunded:
The original shipping cost.
Import fees.
Insurance fees (if applicable).
Signature confirmation fees (if the item was successfully delivered).
You can choose to accept QingNiao FeiXin Credit instead of a refund to the original payment method.
Benefits: Credit refunds are faster, and the Credit does not have an expiration date.
Note: Credit generally cannot be revoked, exchanged for cash, and can only be used for shopping on QingNiao FeiXin.

Your financial institution will require additional time to reflect the refund in your account after it is processed.
The address attached to the package (delivery address) is not the address you should use for returns.
You must send the return package to the address provided on the return shipping label. Sending it to a different address may delay processing.
Please ensure you do not accidentally include any items you do not wish to return.
If you accidentally include the wrong item, please contact [Customer Service]. We cannot guarantee that the misplaced item will be found and returned, nor can we store or provide a refund or compensation for such items.
